Elevation Lab

About

We help companies bring new and better products to market.

With our new Kickstarter campaign, we will begin making our own products as well.

Our reputation is built on making products people love, minimizing manufacturing costs, and doing it in record time.

Deep experience with 3D modeling tools allow us fast part creation, iteration, strength testing and life-like digital rendering.

We can prototype parts overnight via local 3D printing or CNC machining, review the next day, make changes and iterate again until its perfect.

Clients range from local start-ups to public corporations. We place great importance on client intellectual property and have non-disclosure agreements with the vendors we work with.

Manufacturing expertise includes:

Plastic: injection molding, thermoforming, overmolding, compression molding and machining. Materials we have designed use plastics ranging from corn-based bioplastic to elastomeric silicone, BPA-free polypropylene, and more.

Metal: CNC machining, foundry castings, precision sheet metal fabrication, forging and extrusions.

Composite: carbon fiber and fiberglass, multi sheet layup schedules.

Based in Portland, Oregon, we have relationships with local manufacturers, tool and die makers, rapid prototyping, CNC machinists, plastic injection molders, graphic designers, and more - to bring your products to market fast, with the best materials and highest quality.
