Deep experience with advaced 3D CAD modeling allows us fast part creation, iteration, strength testing and life-like rendering. We can prototype parts overnight via local 3D printing or CNC machining, review the next day, make changes and iterate again until its perfect. Clients range from local start-ups to public corporations. We place great importance on client intellectual property and have non-disclosure agreements with the vendors we work with.  Manufacturing expertise includes: Plastic: injection molding, thermoforming, overmolding, compression molding. In materials ranging from corn-based bioplastic to elastomeric silicone, polypropylene, and more. Metal: CNC machining, foundry castings, precision sheet metal, forging and extrusions. Composite: carbon fiber and fiberglass, multi sheet core layups. We don't do electronics or PCB design, but can recommend companies that do.
