Will my case fit?
The ElevationDocks for iPhone4 and iPhone5 work with the vast majority of iPhone cases. The rubber support behind the phone can be flipped around or removed altogether for larger cases. Otterbox Defender and LifeProof cases do not work unless you remove the bottom cord flap.
Where are your docks manufactured?
90% of our manufacturing is within a 10 mile radius of Portland, Oregon. That includes all raw aluminum extrusion, machining, anodizing, lasering, packaging, and final assembly.
Shipping & Ordering
We have a number of options via FedEx, UPS and USPS and regularly ship all over the world. Packages that ship via USPS First Class will not have tracking information. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination, they vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Taxes and import fees?
The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Customs determines these charges and we have no way of knowing what these charges may be.

Does USPS have tracking?
USPS has tracking within the United States, it does not go international.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. Our payment processor is Stripe.

How to install the Lightning Adapter?

Does my case work with the Elevation Dock?
The Elevation Dock is designed to work with a wide variety of iPhone cases. You can flip the back support or remove it altogether for larger cases. Otterbox Defender and LifeProof cases do not work unless you remove the bottom cord flap.

30pin connector is sticking?
The connectors can take some use to break them in and seat all the contact pins. If there is still enough friction that you can't undock the phone without the base moving, send us an email. Also, make sure you pull the phone out at the angle of the connector, not bending forward first.
Audio does not work with Apple headphones?
Apple headphones with audio controls have four conductors and will not work correctly. The line-out port is not designed for headphones, but for stereos and amplifiers as there is no volume control. If using headphones, you should use the headphone jack on the top of the phone.
Intermittent charging issues?
Most often that is because the USB cord is not fully inserted into the port inside the dock. Unscrew the backplate and check that first. If the problem persists, send us an email. Also, make sure the port on your phone is clean.
Does the Lightning adapter work with audio-out Docks?
Yes, the adapter fits in all docks. It does not have audio-out as it mounts the Lightning cord.
How do I install my Lightning Adapter?

Is the Lightning Adapter friction-free?
No, the Lightning adapter mounts your Apple Lightning Cord which is not low-friction. You can test the amount with your own cord.
Returns & Refunds
What is the Return policy?
We want you to be happy, we stand behind our products and are reasonable people. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return it for any reason within 30 days of receiving it for a refund. Please make sure the item is carefully wrapped if you are sending it back. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
What is your warranty?
We guarantee our products for six months after they ship to you. This does not cover abuse beyond normal wear and tear. Warranty is available to the original purchaser with order number and matching email address.
