It performs great, but . . .

This product performed extremely well until I needed to change the AirTag battery. Then I could not separate the two halves to open the case. I am hoping that if I get two open-jawed pliers I will be able grip the two halves firmly enough to pull them apart. I cannot do this with my bare hands, and there is no slot into which a small coin or screwdriver can be inserted. If there is a trick to opening the case , I am overlooking it .

Great product

Arrived promptly. It is easy to use, attaches quickly and easily, and since they’re waterproof and will always tell you the location, they’re exactly what I wanted. I’m glad I got them.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Rugged and durable. I work outdoors. Rain. Dirt. Oil. Etc. the beep for finding it can still be heard. Also find my works great

Almost perfect

Nice product but why not put in some spare screws. Even when tightened and checked you will loose some scews on active objects like backpacks and dogs. Knowhere mentioned what the torx screw size and the lengrth of screws (uk us metric) so getting new ones is impossible. Basic product info please.

It performs great, but . . .
