I would give this more stars if they actually sent it to me instead of making me pay $64.95 for NOTHING. Their terrible customer service didn’t even look into it. CS rep Erica Smith incorrectly said was it was delivered. However, the only thing delivered in the envelope was the other product I purchased.

Nice product but Maybe should Snap together ??

Lost one of the small O rings somewhere.. doesn't seem like it should pop out but nowhere to be found, maybe the cat found it ? Would be nicer if the housing snapped together so it could be used for other applications rather than relying on the mounting screws specific to bike mount spacing to keep it together and waterproof. I did paint the outside of the housing to match the color of the bike its going on to maybe make it a bit more discreet (not a black bike). Hoping that doesn't impair the airtag function??
